Independent Animator Realeases Feature Film Created Entirely In Flash

Four years ago filmmaker and native Montrealer, Tyler Gibb, set out to accomplish a unique vision: To develop an independent feature film that would be released in segments on the internet concurrent to its production. The plan was to allow internet users and fans of independent filmmaking to actually see the movie's narrative unfold simultaneously to the production process. The project was called "Minushi" and the resulting 94 minute feature film will premier at FanTasia this year in Montreal.

"Minushi" will be screened on Tuesday, July 10th, 2007 at 5pm at DB Clarke Theatre (1455 de Maisonneuve W., Montreal). More information on the FanTasia 2007 website: http://fantasiafestival.com/2007/en/films/film_detail.php?id=294
